Cancellation policy
- Should you wish to cancel your appointment within 24 hours - a charge of 50% of your total booking cost is applied and will be taken from the card registered on the account.
- As per my policy, If you don't show up to your booked appointment, you will be charged 100% of your booking and it will be taken from the card registered on the account.
- Repeat cancellations will lose the ability to book again.
- Should you need to reschedule or cancel, you can do so on the my appointments page.
Card Capture
- Payment card details are required at time of booking. These will not be used unless in the event of no show or cancellation less that 24 hours prior to appointment in line with our cancellation policy.
Lateness Policy
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, service will be refused and full payment for cost of appointment will be required.
